Fairest Lord Jesus, Ruler of all nature
O Thou of God and man the Son
Thee will I cherish, Thee will I honor
Thou, my soul's glory, joy and crown.
Fair is the sunshine, fairer still the moonlight
And all the Twinkling starry host
Jesus shines brighter, Jesus shines purer
Than all the angels heaven can boast.
Beautiful Savior, Lord of all nations
Son of God and Son of Man
Glory and honor, praise, adoration
Now and forever more be Thine!
from Fairest Lord Jesus

~Thanks to Angie for letting me use this picture for Sunday Blessing! (No it isn't current... although I have seen some daffodils in bloom!) :)
Have a very blessed Lord's day Charity...beautiful picture..
ReplyDeleteCharity ~ Your Sunday Blessings are always so sweet. They put a song in my heart that I hum all day! Thanks for this little bit of inspiration. Love ya ~ Connie
ReplyDeleteI remember that hymn as one of the first ones I memorized as a child. It still wraps me in comfort when it soars through my mind. I'll go to bed now with it resounding in my prayers, and for that I am truly grateful!!
